Coordinate metrics gathering and story evaluation with other staff (ex: Impact committee, Story Tracker team, etc).Draft reports for SJN staff and funders on grant deliverables and project outcomes.Join calls with the funder to share project updates.Help identify stories and project outcomes worth sharing with the network and funders.Coach newsrooms and offer support and guidance on story drafts and talk through challenges in projects.During the 6 month fellowship period, check-in monthly with the fellows to get updates on their progress (this will be an email and short survey).Create monthly reports on stories from the projects and stories added to the Solutions Story Tracker.Use Asana to track progress on grant deadlines like progress reports and flag potential problems.Work with the Director of Initiatives to track activities of newsrooms in the cohort (website, social media, newsletters, etc).Pre-vet stories for the Solutions Story Tracker & Add newsroom stories to Salesforce.Book guest speakers/trainers and request honorarium payments.Schedule cohort meetings & Handle questions from newsrooms.
